Ensure the Biamp application drivers are whitelisted by your company’s security systems to enable full use of the Biamp system and utilize all AV features:
- Verify Security Settings: Inspect your computer’s firewall or antivirus software to determine if the Biamp drivers are being blocked.
- Whitelist the Drivers: If the Biamp drivers are blocked, request your IT/security team to whitelist them in your security settings.
- Provide Necessary Details: You may need to provide the driver names, versions, and intended use case (AV equipment for conferencing, media playback, or communication purposes) to your IT department, to facilitate the whitelisting process.
