If you’re having issues regulating the temperature in your Codi - please reach out to us at support@codi.com. In order to best diagnose the problem, we ask that you answer the following in your email:

-When did you notice the issue?

- Was the heat or air working previously? 

- Can you feel air coming from the vents? 

- Are you unable to adjust the thermostat? 

This will help the Codi support team troubleshoot and relay information to the HVAC technicians who will be coming onsite to assist.
