Tell us who you are
We'll ask you for some personal information so we can run a background check. This help ensure the Codi community is safe for all.
Take great pictures
Guests love looking at photos when making a decision on where to work. Take shots using natural light when possible.

Schedule your walkthrough
Once your background check is complete someone from our team will reach out to schedule a walkthrough. This 30-60 minute meeting happens in your space. A member of our team will verify your space meets our standards, offer hosting advice, and help you set up your profile.
Setting up your Codi
Help guests understand your expectations, rules, and offerings.
Pick a name
Consider what makes your space special, such as a design element or a nearby place of interest. Your name should be unique, but not too long.
Set up your calendar
To make sure you only get guests when you want to, update your Codi calendar with your availability. You can set how much advance notice you need for bookings and how far in advance guests can book.
Set your house rules
Shoes off? Love music? You decide.
Update your amenities
Every Codi is unique. Make sure to share amenities that make your Codi special, like if you have a private parking or a friendly pet.

Prepare for guests
Stock up on the amenities you offer. Make sure you have enough coffee or tissue paper. The WiFi details should be posted somewhere.
Make sure your place is clean. Remember the bathrooms and kitchen. There shouldn't be any hair, dust, or mold on surfaces or floors.
