We guarantee enterprise-grade internet service in all Codi spaces. If you’re experiencing Wifi issues, we recommend resetting your router as a first step. Oftentimes, a quick reset is all that’s needed to get your Wifi back up to speed.
If you're still having issues? It could be a neighborhood outage. We encourage you to check your provider's website to see if they are reporting outages in the area. If you’re not sure who your ISP is, please contact us at Support@Codi.com.
If Wifi issues persist, please let Codi Support know so we can investigate the issue.
